Dear Visitor,
Welcome to the Art Show “The Universe Is Smiling” at The YOGA HOUSE in Kingston, NY. As you couldn't make it to the opening reception, I wanted to -at least- give you a chance to have a glance at the show of whimsical creatures, humor and a little grain of wisdom - including the visitors :)
You might recognize some of the drawings. These are all prints taken from this BLOG and mounted on 6"x6" hand painted wood block, with an inspirational quote on the back panel.
The "Art Blocks with a Message" are
intended to make you stop for a moment, to make you wonder, to feel inspired
and to make you smile. I create these images based on the Inner Voice Drawing®
process by asking, “What is today’s wisdom?” I then let the drawing happen from a state of trust and by staying out of
the way with my rational mind. Every image is an exploration into the unknown. Once
I understand the drawing’s message I add a wisdom quote that enhances its meaning.
The universe keeps smiling in form of the weekly drawings posted on this BLOG.
The larger images are part of my Inner Voice Tarot series.
